Active Research Training (ART) Program
Kerala Theoretical Physics Initiative (KTPI) offers a two-year-long active research training (ART) program. ART offers an opportunity for postgraduate-level physics students to work with members of KTPI. A screening process will select a pool of students who will be working on a research project under the mentorship of a KTPI member. In the earlier stages of this program, the students can benefit from a few orientational workshops conducted by KTPI on basic technical and analytical skills. The students are also encouraged to use this work as their master’s project.
Research areas
ART covers theoretical research in all aspects of physics, including, but not limited to:- Statistical physics
- Gravitation
- Cosmology
- Quantum information
- Condensed matter physics
- Chemical physics
- Quantum field theory ...
